2005 Fishing Reports

 

Feb. 14, 2005

Black Bass
Fished two charters on last week and the Black bass are chewing the bottom of the boat out.We limited out each charter with 1.5 to 2.5 lbs. size-wise,now is the time to book for bottom fishing.

Going to the Gulf Stream Sat. to hunt for a big 80 lb. wahoo

Weather looking good for the weekend Sat and Sun.


Feb. 20, 2005

Fishing was great Sat. and Sun. with limiting out on big Black Bass sizes 1.5 to 3.5lbs.

Another great day with the fish biting, mostly Black Bass.


March 10, 2005

The fish bit a lot better today than Wed. limited out with Black Bass. It won't be long to go to the Gulf Stream if the March wind will leave. Can't wait to start trolling.

Weather warming up and the fish are biting.

The Fish are biting inshore and gulf stream.
Black Sea Bass are killing it in 35 to 90 foot of water.
In the gulf stream the Yellow Fin tuna are showing up now.


April 19 2005

The tuna are biting good on the half-day trips.
Fish are being caught in 35 to 60 of water. This time of year we have a run of little tunny that are excellent to eat.

4 dolphin,1 wahoo, and 1/2 tuna bit in half by a Mako shark!

Havent had time to post new pics . Sorry been fishing like crazy! Dolphin and kings on all day and gulfstream trips are biting good. Inshore half-day trips catch Spanish mackeral.


Oct 2005

The kings are inshore thick right now in 65 foot of water feeding on cigar minnows. We have been limiting out each trip.
